The challenge was big: A hign-density manufacturer wanted to buy steam operated dryers to dry his material. This could mean that during the whole transformation process he would have a better control of the quality of his products.
The conception and fabrication of a biomass boiler of 400hp 150psi was our solution to their problem.
They could now use their own wood residues as fuel, leaving the manufacturer with a better and environmentaly friendly solution that would save money and energy.
With this achievement, the manufacturer has now doubled their work space and encourages regional development by hiring local people.
